Shipping

Free Shipping on all orders over $100!

Standard shipping: (3-5 business days) $2 for the first item, $1 for each additional item.

Express shipping: (2 days*) $10 for the first item, $2 for each additional item.

All members of Team Sherpa are entitled to free shipping on all orders. Please click here for more information.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Tracking information will be sent to the email address used to create your account on our website. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us. Please have your order number or tracking number available. You may also reply directly to any emails you receive regarding your order.


*Please note that express shipping includes Saturday delivery. If you are shipping items to a school that does not accept deliveries on Saturday, this may cause problems with the delivery of your shipment.

Returns

Unused items in salable condition can be returned for a full store credit. Non-credit returns are eligible for a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

If you'd like to place a return, or if you received an order with damaged or incorrect items, please contact us. Please have your order number available.

If you are ordering (or even just considering ordering) a class set of any of our titles, you are welcome to contact us to discuss additional offerings and services not listed here that might be available to you and your students.

A class set is defined as any order of 10 or more Student Editions of any one title. Discounts only apply to quantities of the same title. If you are ordering a quantity and need more than one Teacher Edition, please contact us after your order has been placed.

Payment Info

If you're planning on paying with credit card or with a PayPal account, you can place your order directly through the website. Please note that a PayPal account is NOT required to make payment through our site.

We are also able to take credit card orders over the phone.

Purchase Orders

We absolutely accept purchase orders! You may fax, email, or mail your purchase order to us. We'll process your order for shipment as soon as your PO arrives. Invoices will be sent according the instructions on the PO. Please ensure that all POs include accurate shipping information and a valid email address. If an email address is provided, we will send tracking information when the items are shipped.

Vendor Info

If your school requires vendor information for Sherpa Learning before a Purchase Order can be approved, please use the form on the Contact Us page and select "Request Vendor Info" as the category of your submission. We will be happy to provide you with the necessary information and forms (e.g. W-9). Please note that vendor info will only be sent to school email addresses or a school fax number.

Does Sherpa Learning except Purchase Orders?

Answer: We sure do. To place an order with a PO, call us at (862) 345-7668 or fax us your PO at (973) 409-4620. Please provide us with an email address so that we can send you an invoice and tracking information when your items ship.



I need to get Sherpa Learning set up as a vendor. Who do I talk to?

Answer: Please click here to access our contact form. Select "Vendor Info Request" from the category drop-down list.



Will there be tax on my order?

Answer: Only if your home or school is located in the state of NJ. If you have tax exempt status in the state of NJ, please fax us your exemption notice at (973) 409-4620. Tax will be automatically applied to web orders where the billing address is in NJ.

Do you except returns?

Answer: We do, if the items are in salable (new) condition. Choose the tab above labeled "Returns" for more information.

Are you associated with Peoples Education?

Answer: No, we are not associated with Peoples Education in any way, but you may see their name on some of our products. Some of our titles were originally published by Peoples Ed. We now exclusively own those products; they are no longer being sold by Peoples Education.



Do you accept unsolicited manuscripts?

Answer: We do, provided that they maintain our focus. If you have a concept for a skill-based product for middle school or high school humanities courses, we'd love to discuss it with you. Feel free to email your manuscript to our publisher at david@sherpalearning.com. Please include "MANUSCRIPT" in the beginning of your email subject to ensure your files don't accidentally trigger a spam filter.
